GD Mod Compendium I

Updated for V1.0.0.3

This will be a place to categorize and catalog Mods as they are created. I will be looking for community feedback to help build this thread thanks!

Visual Mods

    • What the Mod does: adds 9 fully functioning masteries from Titan Quest, fully released but currently with GD models and still a WIP for balance tweaks. The aim is to also add models from TQ for the summons as well as two new weapon classes complete with their own models from TQ, ranged staves and one handed melee spears.

    • What the Mod does: Increased Stash Size.

    • What the Mod does: Rebalancing Mod
    • Mod Compatibility: unknown; should presumably work with Grimmer and Grimmest with minor modification.

    • What the Mod does: Adds new endgame content : repeatable quest, new currency (hero souls, legendary essences, omega orbs), new buffs,account-bound progression (shared with all characters), potion of attribute (after omega level 100).
      In work : new items, new boss, new skills.
    • Mod Compatibility: Compatible with mods that doesn't change the chest orbs that hero monsters spawn on death (like the d01_chesthero_all_01.dbr) and don't change the dismentling table.Also I changed the spiritguide quest that was not very important and changed the conversation to make it available

    • What the Mod does: adds level cap 100, legendary and epic affixes, omega mod, grimmest, stasher, coronus and more being merged in.
    • Mod Compatibility: pretty much every mod or mod-part that I like. which generally means make the game harder not easier. and also more content for RNGesus.

There ya go guy's ... This should be a good start on this. Let me know what else we need to add in. I think as a community we should come up with 1 or 2 free FTP sites that are easy to use / known. There are lots of options out there and this should help with the vetting process

Secondly we should agree on a mod file structure to encourage inter mod compatibility

I honestly don't know.... I am mearly the librarian for this project. I just would think as a community we should come up with a couple good spots so we are sending everyone to a couple locations and not the 4 reaches of the internet.

For now, we are confined to this forum section, so this thread got stuck instantly. Looking forward to seeing it get filled in with mods as they become available.

Moddb and nexus are good mod places. Compendium will be good too if people use it, but i think EVERYONE knows moddb and nexus, those should be defaulted no matter what.
