Kickstarter Pre-Order Upgrades Complete

I've just finished processing all the pre-order upgrades from the Kickstarter project. If you requested an upgrade you should now have received an email confirming it at the email address you used to submit the upgrade request.

If for some reason you didn't receive an email you can retrieve your keys via the lost keys page. The email it sends lists the version along with each key, so you will be able to easily find out if your upgrade worked.

Important: your existing keys stay the same. If you upgraded to a package with multiple keys, you will have had extra keys assigned. All keys are associated with the email address you used for the original pre-order.

Quick question: I upgraded my Legendary Key to Digital Deluxe through Kickstarter, got my confirmation email and all that jazz, and everything is well. Recently I changed my primary email address and the old one no longer works. I still have my key (I have it saved as a text file on my lappy, on a USB stick, and I have it physically written down, I'm very careful like that) so I figure I should be all set, but do I need to send Crate my info (old email address, new email address, Kickstarter account, key #, etc.) so they can link it to my new email, or is just having the key enough?

As long as you know the key and the email address you used to buy it then you should be fine. If you want to change the email address associated with the key you just need to email us with the old email address, new email address and key (support@crateentertainment.com)

Thanks for the speedy response Rhis. I'll go ahead and send that email to link my key to the new address just for the extra peace of mind.
