You may also wish to look into NIA (OCZ actuator) and other projects like it that allow you to do button presses with thoughts and tension.

Its surprisingly cheap and you can get them for under $100.

I think really the only thing for it is to become a game developer since I can't think of any commercial games which support those input systems.
