take whatever time you need, can't wait for any more updates for the game, but still congrats on getting the money, and hope you do get a lot, and many of the failed transactions are sorted

Take your time and don't rush things, as you say. Not having a publisher IS being able to take your time and get things right. I'm in no hurry for the game, I'm sure I can find something to amuse myself until then.
Before we know it it will be the end of the year and time for the Alpha anyway..

Judging by the time need for Wasteland on Kickstarter to get organized after you will probably need at least couple of weeks to get organized. Is there such a thing as an embarrassment of riches? Not a bad thing, take the time you need and get it done right.

Good update! as someone said ,from the wasteland2 KS it'll be a several weeks,i think, until you get the full backers list.
As a backer i think you should decide on a constant intervals for updates like every other week or once a month,and if you have something really awesome then give a quick update...that way everyone will know what to expect and will leave you alone to work on the game. which is why we are all here,right?
