When are we getting them and how?

When: Shortly after the end of the Kickstarter project. If you already have a key you won't actually receive a new one, your existing one will just be upgraded in our system.

How: Via email.

My old email is out of service. and I sighed in Kickstarter with my Facebook, and that email i can't access. What do i do now?

I'd forward the authorisation email you received from amazonpayments (you received that, didn't you?) with the additional details. If anything else is required you can sort this out via email.

So, I funded Grim Dawn on Kickstarter at the $50 level, which I believe gave me access to the alpha and beta, but I haven't received a key. Was I supposed to?

Game-Keys

We've gotten a few emails from people wondering when they will receive their game keys. This is going to take a little time. We can't begin to process and send out keys until we receive the final backer report from Kickstarter. After the project ends, Kickstarter / Amazon continue to try to collect payments from pledges that had failed payment transactions. This will go on for 4 more days. Then shortly after that, we should receive the final backer information and can begin processing the keys.

We expect we'll be able to send out keys in 7-10 days. We will send out an update to let you know once the keys have all been sent out. So, until you see that update, you don't have to worry about not receiving a key. If there are any people missing keys after that, we'll work with you to get it all straightened out, so don't panic.

Thank you. I did get that email, just saw a lot of ruckus going on in here about people not getting their keys... just wanted to make sure I didn't miss the boat.

What's the deal with game keys? I got my email re: game key, but I was not aware there was anything to use a key on yet?? Isn't it some time before an alpha is released?

If you backed the Kickstarter for $50+ or pre-ordered at a level that would get your name in the game credits, you can set the name you want to be in the credits here using your email address and game key: http://www.grimdawn.com/setcreditname.php

Apart from that, I don't think there's anything else you can access with the key until the version/s of the the game you have access to are released.
