Default Turning up the voltage (or how we juiced up some wizardry)

This is more of a visual idea, hey it may even be in the game but I haven't come across any info on it.

I will speak in broad terms here, because the details on Masteries is a little sketchy to me. so when i say spells i just mean the arcane stuff, you know the stuff usually reserved to people with staffs and robes.

As we stick points in the skill trees we obviously see an increase in damage. Rank 1 in generic funkyfirebeam spell will kill badguys/bystanders with a few hits while after some leveling up and a few points in said Funkyfirebeam will knock them for six with more ease. This is all well and good but its very rare that games will increase the animation/visuals alongside the damage output

what id love to see is something along these lines:

rank 1: a thin beam of heat distortion waves shoots out of an appropriate appendage on our character and makes the bad guys break out in a heavy sweat. Eventually leading them to drown in their own fluids after a few days.

Ranks 5: A thick beam of fire flies at the enemy and fries them faster than you can say "Why Keystone, your explanation is dragging on a bit"

Rank 10: We fire out a beam so bright and hot (temperature hot, not the kind of hot that gives you funny feelings)that Vulcan himself will need to go sit in a dark quiet room for several days before handing in his resignation and getting a part time job selling matches after witnessing it.

so in summery: Id like to see visuals that reflect our attacks getting more powerful.

I like this idea a lot. It is a very good idea. I doubt it is within the current scope of what crate can initially accomplish with release, unfortunately. Hopefully they will consider it down the road because it is a good idea.

Why limit this to classic spells? This can be applied to any skill.

Something similar was requested in Pet Visual Progression.

Classic spells were just easier to explain what i want, im all for visual progression/feedback all over the place.

I think one of best parts of games like these is seeing our character grow, so anything that adds to that can only be good. Unless it's bad
