Lol, it's like being more attached to the bookshelf than the books.

Anyways, 5 days and we're doing runs. Excited?

Albedo's got a good group, and i have a couple people on my list, so hopefully we can stay outta pub games unless we feel like em. Like he mentioned too, go ahead and email him or myself to trade gamertags and the games can be a little bit more talkative. =]

You just need to ad diablo3 as a non steamgame to his library when he looks the other way.

There! Problem solved :-D

For anyone on a D3 forum or guild board or whatever, something to exacerbate the hype...

Whats the difference with playing it alone? You can play it without having to turn Steam on anyway.

I used the steam trick yesterday, change TQ:IT into Diablo III name and went to play it. It totally confused one of my friends. Had a good laugh for a moment. But my steam will be off when D3 arrives, as you said no need to load it.

I'll be playing Demon Hunter as my first class.
Monk will probably be second. Eventually I'll play them all.
I'll play D3 with partner and 2 friends who also pre-ordered the game.
I'll possibly play with other players, shame D3 doesn't support more than 4 co-op play.

I enjoyed the read of this thread, loved all the arguments everyone brought up in discussions, especially the ones about skill systems.

I myself have couple of concerns about Diablo III too, but that won't stop me from playing it, non of games is perfect. Although I do hope Grim Dawn will be, but then again it is not good to build up high expectations

Note for all who pre-downloaded game with english or german downloader before 10am CEST - 12th May. The downloader was missing 50MB of neccesary files, so you should follow instructions:

Have fun everyone!

Guys, do you think the Blizz servers will survive the initial launch? I wanted to take a day off to play over night/day, but not sure.. =/

I think it'll take around 1h to get in the game and play it, at midnight once the open the pipe. I'll be very surprised if all goes smooth and without delays *crossing fingers* tho

My order gets delivered tomorrow morning, so we'll have coffee and breakfast and after that postman arrives And if I still won't be able to login into eu section by 8am, I'll just be productive and work.

Despite my displeasure with the new skill system and the things I said in this thread I am still stoked for tomorrow

I can't believe the release is right around the corner seems like forever that I have been waiting for D3 to come out. I heard they are opening the servers at midnight tonight? Is that true? Anyone staying up for the grand opening? I'm considering it but I have a sneaking suspicion even if the game opens at 12am it's going to be a pain in the ass trying to connect anyways.
