(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.


What does that mean?

Very mysterious - at what step in the process does this error occur? Not sure why you would need a merchant login ID or password...

It was after the payment was supposed to go through.

Edit: I did end up getting an email with the key.

that is very strange, but at least you got a key, but very odd indeed
