Number of preorders?

I'm actually rather surprised that the game has sold that many preorders. I can see why legendary is up there, because its still cheaper than buying a full priced hard copy of a game, and you get into alpha

I was only expecting like maybe 200-500 preorders for a game that no one has ever heard of. I mean, I talk about TQ to people who like the dungeon crawler games and none of them have heard of TQ. I didn't even hear about TQ until I was browsing the internet in boredom looking for a game like Diablo 2 to play and stumbled across the demo. With Grim Dawn being completely indie, I wouldn't be surprised if less people will know about GD... the fix: get it on G4TV

1113 Legendary preorders x $48 = $53,424
234 Epic preorders x $32 = $7488
82 Normal preorders x $20 = $1640

Altogether, Crate Entertainment has made $62,552 from preorders.

that is a lot of money, and yeah I had a feeling that legendary would be the most popular! plus I also helped a little when I pre ordered a second key

To be honest, whilst it may seem a lot, I don't think it actually IS a lot, at least not if you have saleries to pay and other expenses to cover. I think it would only do for a few months a most.
So let's all hope this will be a succesfull game in both terms, sales and gameplay

I can sort-of verify that. I "accidentally" came across Titan Quest on Steam when I purchased the THQ complete package for 50$. I could swear that I have never heard of the game before, even though it is the best diablo "clone" up to date.

yeah true, and most of the money is going towards outsourcing, but even then every bit helps as they say, so its still not too bad for a indie company, so congrats Crate on the pre orders

I only heared of Titan Quest just before the release of Immortal Throne. After which I felt ashamed that I didn't find out earlier because it's such a great game and I love these games.

Normally I'm a bid more hesitate to preorder but knowing what you guys made before this time it was pretty easy

It's just good to see the preorders a gradually rising.
