Yeah Blood Knight should heavily benefits to vitality melee builds, especially Necros (BH for the win). the Soldier part looks a little weird to me too, hints at a reta-vita build i think it's safe to ignore it

Yes, if the set remains as shown on the stream then I don't see anyone using 4 pieces. And I can see only s&b builds choosing Soldier to pair with Necro for vit dmg.

I tried building melee 2h Conjurer and Ritualist, and both are skillpoint hungry. Reason - Wildblood crusher is the only viable weapon, but it covers both weapon slots and gives no +all skills bonuses. And now they're giving us the heavy set that has only 2 +1 to all skills items in crucial slots, one of which is irrelevant (Soldiers hat). Anyone using this set will starve for skillpoints, even Soldier-based classes, as Soldier is very skillpoint-hungry.

In general the set is all over the place. Soul harvest benefits 2h melee, counter-strike is for reta s&b, neither bleeding nor vitality do not work as a secondary damage types and both require heavy investments and RR options to work, but Soldier have none of those.

I really wish the devs stream them playing some AoM or Glad Crucible in each new set they introduce. That would show their idea behind tne set and how viable the possible implementation is.
