Default Stutters while loading new thing on the scren.

Hello.
I've beed playing Grim since the November. Recently(for the past 2 days) I started to notice micro stutters while game is loading new thing on the screen. It happens at running trough locations(lag/stutter and fps drop while loading next 'chunk' or next part of the location) and also after EVERY wave in Crucible.
I can be little ODC about this but it is so ennoying that i can't stand it. I'm 100% sure it starts to happeing recently.

I play on V-sync but like i mentioned i wasn't the case for almost 2 months.
I tryed changing affinity of the cpu and turning off Steam Cloud save.
I haven't get any new Drivers for my Nvidia or any Windows 10 Update.

This is the Video of this happening. You can notice this between waves.

Anyone know what should i do?

Are you using the Grim Internals tool? This could have increased the stuttering.
Also, installing Grim Dawn on an SSD can be helpful.

If it was running just fine for 2 whole months then you need to ask yourself, "What then did I update, what then did I install, recently? When I open up Task Manager (Detailed) what processes are running in the background? Do some of them need to be running? What can be shut down? Do I have Google Chrome or some other browser open, possibly with tabs galore?".

Also, watching your video I am seeing next to no visible stutter occurring.
