As some of you may have seen some of my older threads, I've been suggesting "set ideas" (ideas/themes for item sets) lately. Well... I have another one
![]() You've probably already guessed where I'm going with this - George Washington! (Though not directly called "George Washington, just a set that looks like the clothes he's often depicted wearing )![]() The picture above (and also the first four attached pics, broken down into their respective set items) basically covers what the set entails.
So, tell me what you think? Is this another set you'd like to see, or are my ideas becoming a tad too wacky? ![]() Btw, see the second image attached for a cool image of General Washington! Cheers, Younghappy

So are we talking like a + cunning type of set here with a set bonus of +% damage? What stats did you have in mind?

I bet I can guess what other game you're looking forward to this holiday season.
![]() I think the outfit looks sweet, and would be totally down to rock this in Devil's Crossing. However, if our preorder bonus was an alternate skin of the item, and instead the standard headgear was just the hat and not the wig, our bonus might feel more special. It could work for this to be like the first set players can come across, in terms of level, and preorders would have a nice head start in the collection. |

@Konda: Maybe cold resist (as a Valley Forge reference
) and the ability to plant a standard/flag to make allies fight better (Would be neat defending Devil's Crossing alongside the guards, as seen here:![]() Also, a +?% Damage stat would be nice, especially in the early levels. Another reason why I thought this was a good idea is because some of the armours in GD seem to be normal clothes, like overcoats and stuff, which is why this would fit. See here. ![]() @SF: This would actually tie in with another idea I suggested a while back, so naturally I like it! To me, the thought of having alternate versions of a set that gives different bonuses is wicked! So, for example, you have a Dragoon set (I suggested this also ) and you can either complete it with dual pistols (which grant "bonus 1") or a rifle (which grants "bonus 2"). So, depending on your playstyle, you can get different bonuses which cater towards the character your using that set on, instead of the bonuses being set (and sometimes unhelpful)Cheers for the replies, Younghappy

If the set looked exactly like what the original post image looks like then I'm all for it, with whatever stats are on it.

As a fan of old things, I support this idea to its fullest! Always been a fain of Renaissance- and Steampunk-ish fashion, myself.
