Default Fetch Quests unnecessary UI notification

I don't know if this has been mentioned before but I couldn't find it.

This bug has specifically to do with the quests that have two stages (such as "Bounty: Tainted Brain"):
-> Find "X" item
-> Deliver "X" item

The problem arises upon delivering the item. Briefly, the line "Find "X" item: 0/1" appears. Multiple times has this happened, and it really shouldn't. The quest should just check it's next box and finish. The line shouldn't appear at all.

Working as intended I think. There are several quests that do the same, getting the explosives at Fort Ikon for example you'll see the notification come up when you use them to blow the entranceway.

It's working as intended, but I think he means that the way it works is a bit odd - wouldn't it look better if it were to not display this unnecessary 0/1 notification?

I know what he means. I assume the devs designed it that way, since similar quests in TQIT don't have that.

Fair enough. Still, it's hard to deny that it'd be more slick if it didn't pop up again, but to be honest I rarely notice it these days.

True. Rarely see the banner myself. What I notice more is the sound when something like the explosives are removed from your inventory.
