Default [1.0.3.1]*2H Elemental Forcewave Tactician* 10sec MadQueen #LUMINARICONFIRMED

Hey there everyone first time actually making a full build post. Soon as I found a Mythical Arcanor, Blade of the Luminari, I knew that I had to make a build with it. Without further adieu I give you

Intro:
This build uses Mythical Arcanor, Blade of the Luminari along with the Justicar Guard set, Elemental Harmony rings, Ignaffar's Combustion, and extremely high crit damage to absolutely melt screens full of enemies in seconds.

Forcewave will be your main attack skill as you will be using the 2h transmute to remove the cooldown. Ive seen it crit as high as 160k.Not bad for something spamable. Blitz is your single target nuke and proc machine for meteor storm. Arcane devastaion (item skill), Meteor Shower (devotion proc), Elemental Force (item proc), and Rune of Kalastor will bring large AoE to the table.

Since we are dealing a lot of weapon damage, I went for stacking ADctH from devotions for sustain. The procs from Elemental force and Flame Torrent will heal you even while you are stunned since they do WD. You can get to 3k armor pretty easily, and can generously overcap on elemental/bleed/vitality resists.

Main Campaign:
This build can do pretty much anything main campaign. Although I have yet to try Logarr, John bourbon clone, or ravager You can facetank madqueen as long as you use a health pot, and kill her before a second shotgun aura pops (ghoul proc keeps you alive) Dodge breath on Kupacabra. Grava'thul can be facetanked with new set up. Alexander dodge the meteor and most of the time he dies before he can cast a second one.

New Build Videos
Grava'thul Facetanked.. if you count my accidentally panic hitting Cluster at the start. Should have been fine without. HP barely moves after it wears off.
Mad Queen

Mad Queen
Shaper

Crucible:
As for crucible doing it with buffs is fairly easy. Anasteria is the main thing to look out for. Plus mobs that can do physical nukes. Should be able to do without buffs as well. Crucible of the dead or deeps are probably my favorites for this build. The openness of the maps prevent your element force from disappearing by hitting the walls.

Solo 130-150 No Buff No Banner 10mins

The Build/Grim Tools:

1.0.5.1 https://www.grimtools.com/calc/lNkgml4N changed gearing a bit/skills/devotions. better overall performance.

1.0.3.1 : http://www.grimtools.com/calc/RZRALWjV
***Made changes to devotions and skills. Took storm box over word of pain when I needed a proc for Twin fangs. I had never used it before, as this is my first inquisitor build. It is a proc-powerhouse.. pretty much non-stop fangs. Went to restless remains on gloves to keep 16% ADtcH. Added a Soul Shard to a ring to help make up for loss of energy regen/absorb in devotions. Overall the sustain of this build is really high now. Large Leech and 1k+ regen with procs***

Outdated build (Shown in screenshots): http://www.grimtools.com/calc/lNk1774V

*screenshots with procs up*

Without greens : http://www.grimtools.com/calc/O2Gld0jV (New setup) Honestly any badge of mastery will do as long as it gives skills that you use

I just had one of these drop, and was going to try something out.

I was curious about the +4 to Maiven's Sphere of Protection, seems a bit of a trap.

Though I guess, like a lot of other items, it just opens up build possibilities in case you want to try Arcanist + Soldier/Inquis.

It looks like a very powerful and very fun build. Gratz!

One small caveat about writing build guides: posting a multiplayer video from Crucible does not say much really. (although given your stats and your MQ kill I can imagine you just roll over current Crucible).

Hey man, this is a very nice build, gz.

Two questions
1) Is Rune of Kalastor necessary? with Blitz+Forcewave+Devastation+Box+procs the AoE seems more than enough.
2) How is your energy management really? If i spam devastation i starve without using energy pot, please explain a bit on the matter.

Thanks!

1. No it is not necessary. Honestly I use it more for the Crowd control aspect than anything in crucible. I would probably do something like this without it http://www.grimtools.com/calc/D2p3MdaN
2. You definitely will be drinking energy pots if you put the arcane devastation on cooldown. It isnt too bad besides that skill... Devotions and the soulshard on 1 ring net me 60% energy absorb. I also run with 35 points in spirit

Edit: Just got around to doing a no buff crucible run with the new setup. tried without kalastor.. the energy management was much easier, but I was missing the stun. Died a couple times, swapped back finished next run.. Granted after the deaths I tried to play a little safer, and not catch shotguns to the face. Will post video once its done uploading.

Build looks super fun. I'm a big fan of elemental damage melee so I'll try it out for sure.
