PoE is pretty fun when I'm in the right mood for it. It's got a good hardcore vibe to it.
I've loved the passive skill tree from the start and never suffered much regret for the paths I took. I see where people who are complaining about the inability to respec are coming from though. The encounters are pretty tough too. You really have to pay attention or you'll get pulled under a swarm of enemies, who can actually prove quite dangerous. Unless you spend hours grinding away it never feels easy (except maybe the witch class). |

I have finished game on normal difficulty playing Witch class i co-op with Duelist. It was rather easy. Started higher difficulty level but weekend ends. It was slightly more difficult. I think Witch is to powerful.
I played also as maruder (almost entire chapter) and it was much harder. The beginning was tragic, most attacks miss target. As my char get better skills (mostly AoE) it become much easier, also accuracy get better. ![]() Passive skill tree is huge, if you made mistake you have few respect points. When game comes out (remember i's free) there probably will be option to buy respec points. In summary, great game for co-op, for people tired MMO Fed-Ex tasks, just hack & slash all the monsters stands your way. |
