I actually agree on this one, lots of late game armor models are modeled like that.
It's not bad, but having more cut-out heavy plate models with perhaps legionnaire-like loincloth or maybe asymmetrical cloth drape would be nice.

Also shoulders with a cloak hanging from the back whould be sweet... some ragged-worn out cloak, not a fancy clean one would be damn cool.

That's just my 2 cents, Grim Dawn's potential is off the charts :P

I did a post recently asking just this. GrimFashion is the biggest motivator for me to play this game and having more armors with cloth on other places than as a robe would lock me in for a long time ahead.
