Warren Spector believes games are too vielent & gory

I'm not opposed to violence and gore in games, but I like them to be in moderation or fitted into the game style. What is interesting though, is that while I can't stand watching my little brother (13) blow up people in any Modern Warefare game, I can quite happily Torture attack angels in Bayonetta. I also don't mind killing splicers in Bio Shock.

This I think is because the enemies I kill in both games are de-humanised or inhuman where as those in games like Modern Warfare are a little too human for me and thus I find it disturbing.
