For me, the most important thing would be that all "unique" items would be somewhat useful. At least in some scenario. I am actually one of those people who love D3 and think it is a really really good and addicting game but I hate the fact that I've found over 20 legendaries/set items and only one of them is useful. Many of the "uniques" in D3 are worthless to begin with (why have these in the game in the first place?) and then most of the rest are spoiled with too much randomness.
I'm not asking for each legendary to be "Best in Slot" but each one could at least be "good" with a chance of being "OMG AMAZING!". And I think this is extra important for Grim Dawn as the lack of dedicated servers and auction house reduces trading between players.
