If your web-machine is under linux, look at nomachine's nxclient/server. Super way to run a headless setup.

If it's windows you can use RDP as well...even if it's not on the same domain you can use IP and log in interactively using local accounts. That is of course assuming the server is setup to allow those requests and the account has permissions...if not you would have to setup a monitor anyways

comon, real pro's don't need a monitor... you know where the buttons are by pure expertise!
