Default Hey you all !

I am Thursaz. I came across this game when I was looking for some new ones. Grim Dawn was the only game that seemed interesting, because everything else is just either made to earn a lot of money or made to attract as many people as possible. Just to make the sad truth clear for everyone:
There is no mmo that isn't just done to take your money.
Every fps that get's released is just garbage, the only ones playable are quake and 1.6. And the most saddest thing is that Diablo III was so extremely bad, that I am really wondering why I even bought it.

Let me know what you think, thanks.

Hi Thursaz and welcome to the forums. I hope that the success, in the near future, of a number of independent titles such as Grim Dawn, Wasteland 2, DFA etc will help to slightly change the focus of bigger companies. Even if it doesn't, some potentially great games are on the horizon: as Interplay put it, "By gamers for gamers".

indie games are the future now, big publishers have seriously lost their way

but we have some good games to look forward too, like what koovan has mentioned, so we are in good times if those games do get released

and GD is one of them, so another great game to look forward too

so hi from me, and welcome to the forums

Co-op Digital Deluxe Bundle I have upped my pledge to $200, to show my support to the devs and GD, I hope a few more people follow my lead and KS will be successful. I want this game so badly, and I want it to rock :D

i really hope GD gets its deserved part in defining what an ARPG is. i would really like the devs to be paid for their work and devotion to creating a game which is not just a game. and hopefully, after they succeed, others could follow their steps and recover what was lost throughout these years. keep your hopes up, there is still hope! until then, feel free to voice your ideas and help create a better game!

Default It's sad...

Games have been heading down from major companies for a while with a VERY select few still holding. I think D3 really made it official on how far they are going. That being said..there are SO many people here with open hearts and optimism. These forums are very comfortable and makes one feel as though they're part of what's actually going to happen with GD. THIS is how you make a successful game IMO. Gain the know how and let the community lead you from there with good, bad, crazy, innovative ideas. Everything is in place and we have everything we need...except a release date..*wink* lol
