When they're not looking you can always sneak it onto Ebay, sell it for a profit and put the proceeds towards a new project. Given it's rarity it should fund the whole thing all by itself.

Downside - your spouse is going to insist you'll be the one to get all the dust out of those nooks and crannies to keep it pristine.

Honestly, joking aside the team appreciate you and wanted to show you that - in case you didn't already know it. Collectible hater or not, it's one you should keep in pride of place and show off whenever you can. You deserve the acknowledgement, the other devs know it and so do all the fans of the game. The Statue is spectacular, Kinda want to ask for a collection of 3d models from the game now to 3D print.
Of course they'll just sit on my shelf till I lose them in the mess and throw them out by mistake (Definitely going to happen, not even joking here), very much the same as you there Med.
