Possible fix for b31, noticed today when trying a new build, that guardian's gaze works with wind devil's but it is glitched and circles the wind devil's under the ground and can't hit enemies.

It will probably be 4-6 more hours. He usually releases it between 11am to 1pm, US Central time for me.

Whenever they say the date is, it usually means one day later for me
