I can hope....!
It will not cause capping 2 masteries for most of the builds because in most cases it is more effective putting extra points to unlocked abilities of lesser priority or overcapping something that was just maxed before. E.g. I have 85lvl Warder and Spellbreaker, and I have plans to distribute 10-15 points among the existing skills easily.

Making some powers passively attack is much more fun.

Especially if you have multiple Transmuters so you are allowed to make the same passive attack skills behave very differently (AOE/Single target/Multiple missiles/Cluster projectiles/Aura damage/Piercing in a strait line/On being hit/On attacking with spells) etc.

Less micromanagement !

Marvel Heroes 2017 game for example has plenty of skills that work passively, brilliantly. (original D1-D2 developers)

Not trying to offend, but have you tried playing with a single mastery?

Because in my own experience a Soldier can definitely clear Ultimate.

I know someone here cleared the game and was kind enough to post a build with pure Demolitionist

The game is built around Dual-masteries, i don't see how that is boring. If anything a single mastery being able to wipe the floor will be boring and defeat the purpose of dual-mastery system.

If you want to play a good single-mastery focused game then there are others out there (Torchlight perhaps?)

Any word on the next patch? I'm really hoping for something to fix drop rates in the campaign.

Already, testing is closed!!! So, most likely, by this weekend, or next week, one hundred pounds already should appear!!! But rather, this week, at the end, somewhere!!!

Don't get your hopes up. Testing has not started yet.

I fear this all stems from me thinking I was replying in the No-Reply section and the following response:

Somehow, the phrase "closed-testing" was misinterpreted as "testing is closed", I fear.
