Nice DPS and HP. Interesting that its so survivable with 0 Vitality Resistance, I would have thought that would make it a bit vulnerable?

I haven't encountered any problems. Mostly I don't need to use a potion. Only when fighting multiple elites and when I don't want to use Mirror of Ereoctes. Moreover, you can chose some gear / components giving vitality resistance.

Having 40% DR from skills their "0" resist will function as well as having 40 resist on a character with no DR. 40 vit resist is as much as the heaviest of tank builds tend to run from my experience.

Yes indeed. Having flat damage absorb will function as resist.

Level 10: http://grimcalc.com/build/I9BY1K
Level 20: http://grimcalc.com/build/40G5jT
Put points in shaman tree like Savagery, Heart of the Wild or Bruteforce till 30 and then respec those points into arcanist at level 30.
Level 30: http://grimcalc.com/build/j3I4qf
Now go for Primal Bond.

You can also stick with shaman till level ~40 and rush Primal Bond and take MSoP later.

Thanks! One more question, how good is lightning damage for the build? I don't see much on your gear but you do take it in masteries.

Not very. Primal Stike is used for (small) AoE. Storm Touched for IAS and small AoE.
