I noticed some new monster infrequents dropping - at least ones I have never seen before in any playthrough...
Wendigo claw/barb, one handed swords, drops from wendigos:

Wendigo cult crossbows - maybe they dropped before, as I am friendly with Barrowholm and just never found them - a Fleshcrazed hero dropped this.

Additionally, I noticed that Carnivorous Plants/Poisonous Blooms/Voracious Growths can drop Ugdenblooms now, as well.
