Doom 3, Baldur's Gate 2, Morrowind and Noone Lives Forever have each had a fair number of playthoughs. (I feel there should be another one or two mentioned here, but I can't seem to remember what they were.)

I haven't been a console gamer since the days of the N64, but boy, did we two have some good times. That was... a lifetime ago.

He was in the super ulta mega pre pre pre pre pre alpha in the 1800's when it was just an incomplete story passed on from generation to generation. (lol i know what the op meant but 102 years is a bit of an over exageration.) But i know what you mean I played that game on and off for years. There is only one other game I have played equally as much that I seem to play every couple of months and I don't know why. I don't even know how many times I have beaten it now but that game is Earthbound. Love that game.

Hard to tell, as I can't look it up. My bet would be:

LoL and HoN were really miss or hit games; most of time per game I'd bore myself in laning phase - and at least 75% (probably much more) of games were absolute crap, but when you got a good game, it seemed all worth it. Well, in the start. I ended up playing those games way too long.

4. Pokemon Games (Especially Crystal)
5. Morrowind (The best Elder Scrolls)

The longest for me would be without question Titan Quest & its expansion (Immortal Throne).
I still play it to this day.

Whole heap of Atari 2600/5200/7800 and C64 games. 20-30+ Years

Pitfall II Adventurers Edition for the Atari 130XE - 27 Years and still trying to finish it. The rope is the last item that I need for the Snake Charmer to finish the game. The rabid bats are almost impossible to get past.
