Default FPS Cap?

Quick question: Will Grim Dawn have an FPS cap?

What would be the issue, if GD had an FPS cap ... or if it did not?

A cap below 60fps is a little too blurry for me and will cause discomfort/wooziness after extended play (and this is certainly a game there will be long sessions of). I say the higher the better, but I'm certain I would be comfortable with anything higher than 60. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels a need for 60+ frames per second. (As an extreme example, I'm playing some Diablo 2 again right now, which runs at 25: something that can get quite disorientating.)

I'm sure GD does run at 60+ frames. Just wanted confirmation in words on this.

I thought you were asking about some high cap (like 100fps) - no idea if there might be reasons to implement such. I am not aware that the game has such a cap.

It depends on your hardware and your settings, but these are the frame rates you can expect - feedback in chronological order:

(I did a search for 'fps' which didn't turn up anything. I see that I should have put a number in front of it. Anywayz...)

Thanks for the reply!

I've been thankful that medierra didn't put a blank before 'fps', as the vBulletin search requires search terms, which have at least four characters.
