Titan Quest box art in a Korean museum

I just happened across this link:

which shows some cool art that you can pose in to make it seem like you're interacting with the contents of the painting. Going down the page, I suddenly noticed that one of them looked very familiar... indeed, it was the hydra from the Titan Quest box art!

Is this done legally?

Since only part of the TQ cover art is shown, I'm of the impression it's an unauthorized ripoff. If the picture had the rest of the art, and with the gallery visitor "fighting" the Hydra, they would have probably already had a visit from THQ's legal goons..
