I loved RE4 (played it on the Wii), but honestly, I don't think they're much alike. Perhaps because I expect the Wii to be a bit bothersome, but Deadspace was nothing like that. Slow turning, slow moving, it drove me crazy. I thought the game was bugged or something, till I found it it was part of mechanics to make the player more scared...
