Buttstroking

It will be an active skill with a short cool-down mainly intended for crowd control. Right now it stuns enemies in a small radius allowing a ranged character to either distance themselves from a group of enemies or finish them off before they regain their senses.

I might turn it into a more general skill that can work with either a rifle or a shield equipped. Basically sort of like batter but with a long stun.
