I wonder if tools exist to just change the hue of a VFX, so that devs don't have to do it manually for every special conversion (cold Flame of Ignaffar, chaos AAR, etc...).

Wendigo's Mark should be used on something that hits many target out of sync otherwise you only mark one mob every second. Bloody Pox and Phantasmal Blades come to mind.

What I have in mind doesn't change much compared to how it works already. It's the same skill but you have a "margin" around a mob where you can cast.
