I'm interested in several title since they offer it at $3-$5. But I'm a bit curious about Gamersgate. I thought I heard many bad reputation around them? Am I mistaken?

Is it really this is how it's work, or there is hidden something along the way?

Direct2Drive is Evil, but as far as I know GamersGate works much the same as Good Old Games.

Hmm maybe it's D2D that I heard. Mistake it is. I will sit for a while for other commentators. The sales is week long, so no worries.

There are other Warhammer week sales too. I think many members here dig warhammer.

I bought both TQ and TQ:IT plus a few more games from Gamersgate. No problems for me so far. Their download software can be slow at times but that is probably because of my location in Japan. I have also downloaded all games more than once and installed on multiple computers with no problems, plus you don't need any "extra" software installed like Steam.

Usually what kind of activation/DRM they used? Is it depend on games? I'm not used to buy via digital other than steam :p
