After Purchasing a legendary key I realized that I should have asked this question beforehand: Will the key be a steam key, or a stand alone type thing?

I know that it might be pretty early in production to tell something like this, but I figured I would ask anyway since I couldn't find my answer on the site.

The last I heard they said they would try to get keys that have been purchased transferable to steam, but they weren't 100% sure they could get this done. They did say that other developer's have been able to do this, so we'll just have to wait and see.

My bet is that they will try to, if they can't they'll say they're very sorry, and maybe try something else...

We'll see.

I'm personally not worried about it either way, if you can't transfer the keys I'll just buy another copy of the game for steam.

Why buy another just for Steam? I get the idea of supporting, so nevermind if that's what you're after but can't you add other games to your Steam games list as well? Only they don't show play time statistics and such if i remember right...

I only use Steam for TF2 occasionally so i must confess i'm not all that familiar it. :)
