Concept or 'just Art'?

Now within that picture is a fortress wall and a drawing. Focusing on the drawing:

About the art, considering there is no other art scattering beside that, I suppose that is just a working charm for subshape to get his inner rage being able to be converted into usable energy for extra work hours, beside that brown coffee-like potion in the red mug.

How did you zoom into that without it becoming pixelated?

Aside from that, it looks like a random doodle while waiting for something to load on his PC. I have tons of those lying around lol
