In the Eronian fields there are numerous ballista's about that we are unable to fire. Will you give us more options/features in GD that will allow to use ballista's etc.? On an off-topic note I always love the nuke explosions in this area :D

Elysian field? hehe. Anyway, that would be cool. Torchlight had usable ballista's and they were lots of fun

LOL egg on my face. You're right, I'm stupid. I have played them extensively, I'm just forgetful and confused.
I backed up your suggestion and you point out my flaws...pfft!

I was actually thinking it would be pretty awesome to jump on a mounted Gatling gun and hose down a wave of zombies. We actually implemented tech like this for a TQ2 demo we put together. The game was going to have these dynamic battlefields where you lead ally forces to capture objectives that would prevent enemies from spawning as you progressed across the battlefield. At some points you could capture and then use siege engines. It was pretty awesome.
Don't know if we'll be able to do that sort of thing for GD. Maybe at some point. We just have so many cool ideas and only so much time - toughest part of development sometimes is deciding what's going to make the cut and what's going to end up on the future wish-list.

Ouch, that hurts even more that we never saw TQ2.

That was a great area in TQ...especially the part where you are transitioning from the light to the dark areas. And yeah...the explosions with the distorting effect were fantastic.

Damn, that would have been the icing on the cake really. A Gatling gun would rock I do say here, here, and yay, yay! :D
Edit: Every time the nuclear distortion bomb drops I think of putting on Frank Zappa's Apostrophe album and cranking up Cosmic Debris :D I know, flaky isn't it...
