Hello, this is my first time here, and I have a little idea about the equipment and it may make the game having a greater replay value.
After playing some ARPG like LineageII, Ragnarok Online and Mabinogi, I would like to see if the dev will try to use my idea about upgrading your weapons and armors, first, to upgrade your weapons you need an item, for example, an enhanced steel, take it to the blacksmith (or Refiner in Ragnarok) and pay him some gold to upgrade it for you, after that, you will see your weapon have a +1 next to it's name, the maximum level should be +10, and each time you upgrade your weapon, it will provide greater damage.
But, on the other side, it will have a chance to fail, and if it happens, your weapon (or armor) gone forever, so it will take your time and effort before you can finally get a +10 weapon or armor.
I didn't saw any non-mmo Hack'n'Slash RPG have this system yet, maybe Grim Dawn will be the first one to have it?
