The site looks pretty slick, especially the rusty outline on top.
I would want to ask if the order in which the new posts are listed can be reversed. Instead of putting the new posts on the first page of a thread, put them on the last page.
Right now, I read backwards all the time... perhaps there's a good reason for it, but than I'd like to be informed on that reason :)

You can change it in the User CP section. Go to Thread Display Options change to Linear Oldest first. :)
That was the first thing I did. lol

Ah, thanks :)
Works like a charm. Perhaps this should be "linear - oldest first" by default, for the newcomers.

Done
I actually thought it was set that way but I guess it was only my personal preferences.

Yeah, I had the same dilemma, I was so confused when it said the thread was made by so and so, and then the first post was someone else. I'm thinking, where is the first page?!
But then I found that. :)
I agree though, the theme on this site is excellent. Coming from TQ.net though, it hurts my eyes. (going from very light colors to very dark.)

Speaking of user settings, how did you set an avatar medierra? In my CP it seems to be disabled or at least permanently set to "no avatar".

No avatars for the peons at the moment, sorry.

Oh snap! Sorry I guess it defaults to no avatar for normal users. When people were complaining about no avatars I thought they meant that we hadn't provided any default ones.. lol... I was thinking "everyone has their own personal avatars on tq.net, why do they want default ones?"

I do wonder though jiaco; what is that in your avatar? Seems like a negative of eh.. dunno what actually.
And no special Grim Dawn avatars? Aww.. perhaps we should have a fan contest at some point :)

Go look at the TQ masteries again and tell me if you cant figure it out. And I also wish we had some GD art to modulate into Avatars. I am already dreaming (hint hint) of a Grimulator (aka TitanCalc).

I'm all for a fan contest.
However, if you want a GD avatar right now, it may end up being a sack of potatoes, field stone wall, or tree trunk. We're just starting work on characters, so other than the hero model you see in the GD logo up top, there isn't a lot to choose from aside from inanimate objects. ; )

We can have a sack of Grim Dawn potatoes as an avatar?! Rad!

Well, the posts within threads are corrected now, but the threads within the section still display upside down, meaning the oldest threads are listed first http://www.iheartpaws.com/forums/images/smilies/2695.gif

I still see things backwards / upside down... how do I fix this? Or is it something I can't fix....
It is too confusing for my little brain...
@jiaco - Is it a negative view of that portion, or did you recolor it?

It's a good thing I brought you guys here first as guinea pigs to test all this stuff out on. ; p
Let me know how it is working now. Should be fixed... I think...

Can't remember what I did, but it was modified in some Adobe type program, not negative but re-colored. Will have to see what I do with potatoes I guess to be more GD specific...

Go to User CP => Edit Options => Thread Display Mode => set to linear, oldest first.
I think medierra set it so that the new user will have this mode by default.
