Yeah, I guess I should use the more ambiguous term "release". We probably will end up with a boxed version at some point, I just don't know when.

I think it said something along the lines of late 2010, early 2011? Probably before Diablo-III if they don't want their 'loyal' fans to jump ship. I'm such an optimist =[

That's the estimated release date, Veggie was asking for the pre-orders.
I can't say. I think they're trying to get it fixed asap, no idea about what needs to happen or how long it would take though.

I do wonder about this, though I've no doubt that it's already been spoken about between Paypal and Crate:

Isn't the shipping here, at least on the fan packages, your product code? I mean, you're not getting the game by paying the 32/48 dollars, you're getting a code that makes it legal for you to play the game. And considering that the code is sent immediately, I wonder why Paypal restricts this kind of purchasing.

However, I hope you can work soemthing out, with google checkout or whatever, because there's a LOT of loyal TQ fans still waiting to buy that Legendary package, I reckon.
