Well as the title says, I was browsing and googling and the thought hit me, would a site and game like Grim dawn benefit from all of its fans linking to it making it more realive to get ranked higher in googles organic search.

But then I struck me that I would google action rpg for example and benefit from it, since anyone would google Grim Dawn instead but that means that they already know about GD so..

HMM...

Well ofc any link to GD is a good link since someone might find their way to GD and be as amazed us all of us here.

So really my question to anyone who has a bit more knowledge about this to answer if it and in what way the fans via linking from different uniqe sources can help GD get higher up then others..

Am I not making any sense? Well that wouldnt be the first time =)

Cheers, and keep up all the great work with GD!

I think active forums themselves are an excellent way to get good google results. Google searches forums, so when fans of this genre would look for genre specific words such as loot-em-up, Diabloclone, action RGP, ARPG, realtime roguelike, etc... or even similar games, like Sacred 2, Diablo 2:LoD, Dungeon Siege, Titan Quest, Hellgate: London, Borderlands, etc.. they have a good chance to find results on this forum, if we talk about them.
