This will probably be the last new track for a while until the music guys cook up another batch. Check it out and enjoy!

Very nice, definitely liking the music tracks, and the drums are great, they'll get the heart pounding when playing.

Again, awesome music direction. Love the feel this is going to give the game. Can't wait to play a test version and hear the music to trully appreciate it.

This has a great vibe to it, very reminiscent of some of the better stuff from the Diablo and Diablo II soundtracks, with a little Fallout (the interplay stuff) mixed in. Me likes. I'm starting to dig the music the more I listen to it.

The music gets a bit tedious after a couple of minutes, but I keep forgetting most game's soundtracks are done for the atmosphere: you don't want to be taken out of the game just to listen to the music while you are in the middle of a fight! :D As a background music it should work perfectly, now every time I hear a music I wonder how it will be used...Fight music? Exploration music? Town music? So far I prefer them to the ones in TQ:IT.

I can feel the tension in the tracks. I guess it's gonna really fit in perfectly.

Another wonderful track! It has kind of a "haunted old west" sound to it, I think :D

I am loving the drums.
Its the kind of music where I could picture you having to chase down a boss who keeps taunting you and luring you deeper into its lair while you fight of swarms of minions.

I like this new track, it's mysterious, wild (because of the drums) and a bit dark.
It fits the games atmosphere perfectly (for what I could see), and it isn't very Diabloish, which is good.

I just have to rave about this music some more.
I listen to a lot of soundtracks and this type of music, and Grim Dawn is gonna have one top tier soundtrack.
Stands up next to Diablo 2, Mass Effect, Age of Conan and the like.

I think your guys' take, while still recognizable as dark fantasy in the vein of Diablo et al, has it's own special vibe. It puts me squarely in the Grim Dawn setting.
I'm just as excited for the soundtrack as I am for the game. :P

plz dont hate me. BUT...

to me most of the tracks sound verry similar,
might be, becorse it has to fit in over the entire game.

jungle drums is what pops im my mind with 4 of them.

it sounds cool, BUT in the long run do i or you get tired of the same
jungle drum beat ???

anyway, keep up the great work you do, love all i see so fare :-)

Legendery fan Generally, repetition is something that fits well with hack 'n' slash games. ;)

I do believe it's a recurring theme among a common area most likely. Compare that music to TQ's and you'll find it's alot more exciting.

TQ pretty much just had random flutes and shiz, and then that occassional hum/flute/brass instrument with the theme they had. You know what theme I'm talking about..

Never forget, that it makes a big difference, if you actively listen to music, like starting this track in your browser - or if it comes in as background music during hectic gameplay.

In the latter case, it's actually better if the music is not too expressive (or pronounced).

Actually if the differences of the tracks are rather subtle it will feel less repetitive than if it is easy to recognize so you actually know "oh this track again" while playing the game.

Agree.. I think the music will even sound a bit different when playing the game with how your brain interprets the visuals and the audio together.

Better than I could have explained it myself.

The latest track reminds me of Ry Cooder's soundtrack for Last Man Standing. Was that possibly a source of inspiration?

As usual, you are producing great music. I really like the plodding beat of the drums, which makes me think of trudging through a harsh landscape while being besieged by enemies.

Last Man Standing was not a source of inspiration, but since you mentioned it I must buy and listen to it!

I hope you enjoy it. The movie is a somewhat modernized version of Yojimbo: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Last_Man_Standing_(film)
