Man, if that's the ending to HotS I will be sorely disappointed, as I was with the WoL ending...

I hope that isn't the ending...I'd never look at zerg the say way again if it is. Pretty cheesy...

It's a fake.
Kotaku.com says
Update: The Third Floor, whose watermark appears lower right, is a production company listing Blizzard as a client. StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty cinematics appear in their publicity reel.

The domain of that web-page is registered through godaddy.com, and their Whois service says:
Registrant:
The Third Floor
5410 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 1000
Los Angeles, California 90036
United States

If you then look up the yellow pages of Los Angeles, you'll find, that there really is a company named "The Third Floor" located in that road, and guess what - that it does sell floors!

So you know the whole webpage is fake too.
Edit: Apart from that, Blizzard always does all their cinematics at Blur:

I figured it was strange because since when do you put voices before the animations are completely finished?

Edit:
Okay, I take all back and claim the opposite.
Seems the yellow pages are all wrong.

Looked pretty legit to me.
It's not that hard for one person to smuggle a usb drive out with some pre-production footage after all. People act like this could NEVER happen, but if you've seen any of the news lately, you'd know its very possible for data to slip out even when it is highly classified.
