my item idea is a potion of war

Potion of war.
+damage by 20%
+attack speed by 10%
+speed by 5%
+armer by 10%
+awsomeness 100%

another idea is a belt (like in deablo) has slots for potions and has some other effects

belt of power
can carry 12 poitons
+ 5 armer
+ 50 health
+2 points in -what ever skill-
-1 point in -what ever skill-
